Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am a true warrior for people facing mental health challenges. I am professional, personable, and authentic. I have a proven track record treating individuals, couples, active-duty military and veterans, those who struggle with trauma, PTSD, perfectionism, depression, anxiety, panic, grief/loss, domestic violence, substance use, and anyone who is simply trying to navigate the maze of life.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, person-centered approach to assist clients in their journey toward inner peace. I view challenges through the lens of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My goal is to teach, provide insight, and challenge distorted thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Practice does not make perfect. Practice makes room for change.

What you can expect from me

They say, "Difficult roads lead to beautiful destinations." If you are ready for change and to do the work that is required, then I invite you to allow me along your journey toward healing.
