Betty Bracht

My own life experience – as a mother, grandmother, and stepmother; from having worked in government, business and education – provides insight and understanding of many of life's challenges. My goal is to help my clients achieve awareness during difficult periods, and gain more satisfaction from life's pursuits.

I provide a solution-focused approach in my work, often drawing from a variety of tools such as hypnosis, NLP, EFT (tapping), and EMDR - tools that have proven effective whether addressing anxiety, stress, or public speaking concerns. Nightmares, flashbacks, self-harming, or dissociation are all symptoms we can treat with these tools.

My clients seek assistance when they need to change something that's not working for them, to develop self-awareness, or to better understand their own potential. If you are sad or anxious, we will find ways to overcome those difficulties. If you want your future to look different, we will see where changes need to be made today. If something in your past keeps you from being successful now, then we will focus on resolving issues from your past.
