Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 18 years of experience supporting children, teens, and adults through life’s challenges. My work focuses on trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and the mind-body connection, and I bring a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy. I’m especially passionate about supporting diverse and marginalized communities, including LGBTQ+ individuals. I tailor my approach to each person, drawing on evidence-based practices like CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help individuals find healing and lasting growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe healing happens when you feel truly heard, respected, and supported, so I strive to create a safe space where we can explore challenges together while honoring your strengths. I’ll listen closely, offer support, and gently challenge you to encourage growth. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful change, self-discovery, and lasting healing.

What you can expect from me

People can expect to leave sessions with a greater sense of clarity, self-awareness, and practical tools to manage challenges in their daily lives. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your experiences without judgment. Together, we’ll focus on building coping strategies, strengthening your relationships, and finding new ways to connect with your values. Over time, people often notice increased confidence, resilience, and a deeper understanding of themselves, their natural greatness, and what truly matters to them.
