Great to meet you!

I am a triple board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adults and adolescents. My approach is direct, thoughtful, and solution-focused, with an emphasis on accurate diagnosis and evidence-based treatment planning.

I work with individuals experiencing ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, and complex psychiatric presentations, including those who have not responded well to prior treatment. Patients often seek my care when they are looking for diagnostic clarity, medication optimization, or a more structured path forward.

I value efficiency, collaboration, and measurable progress, and I strive to create treatment plans that are both clinically sound and practical for daily life.

My approach to therapy

I take a structured and individualized approach to psychiatric care that begins with a thorough evaluation to understand the full clinical picture. Treatment may include medication management, targeted behavioral strategies, and lifestyle considerations when appropriate.

My goal is not simply symptom relief, but meaningful and sustained improvement in functioning, resilience, and overall mental health. I prioritize treatments supported by clinical evidence and tailor recommendations to each patient’s needs, preferences, and long-term goals.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, patients can expect a comprehensive and structured psychiatric evaluation focused on understanding their symptoms, history, prior treatment experiences, and current goals. I take a thoughtful and thorough approach to ensure diagnostic accuracy and to identify the factors most impacting your mental health and daily functioning.

By the end of the visit, patients typically leave with greater clarity about their diagnosis, a personalized treatment plan, and clear next steps. When appropriate, this may include medication recommendations, targeted behavioral strategies, and coordination of care to support meaningful and lasting improvement.

I strive to create a professional, respectful, and collaborative environment where patients feel heard while also benefiting from evidence-based clinical guidance.
