Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, or the stress of navigating major life changes. My goal is to provide a warm, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor serving clients throughout Florida via telehealth, I work with adults and couples facing anxiety, women's issues, depression, family and relationship challenges, grief, stress management, and life transitions. I also have experience supporting individuals navigating health concerns, cultural issues, substance use, eating disorders, and bipolar disorder. Together, we'll identify what's holding you back and create practical steps toward healing and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused while still creating space to process difficult emotions. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership, where we work together to identify your goals and build the tools needed to reach them.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method for couples. Whether you're working through anxiety, relationship conflict, grief, or personal growth, I'll help you develop healthier thought patterns, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change that extends beyond our sessions.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, judgment-free environment. I'll spend time learning about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and the goals you'd like to accomplish.

You can expect active listening, compassion, and genuine curiosity about your experiences. Together, we'll begin creating a plan that feels realistic and personalized, so you leave your first session with a sense of hope and direction for the work ahead.
