Great to meet you!

I support adults facing anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, grief, or life transitions. I offer a calm, thoughtful space to talk through what you’re experiencing and begin making meaningful changes.

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist and Jungian analyst with extensive experience helping adults navigate emotional challenges, long‐standing patterns, and questions of identity and purpose. My work blends depth psychology with practical tools so you can understand yourself more fully and move toward a more grounded, authentic life.

Clients often come to me when they’re carrying a lot — stress, loss, uncertainty, or a sense that something needs to shift. I provide a steady, reflective environment where you can explore what’s happening beneath the surface and develop clarity about your next steps.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in Jungian analytic psychology and psychodynamic therapy. I work collaboratively and at a thoughtful pace, helping you explore both the conscious and unconscious aspects of your experience — including emotions, patterns, dreams, and the deeper themes that shape your life.

Clients describe my style as calm, attuned, and insightful. I help you look at what’s happening now, how past experiences influence the present, and what inner strengths are ready to emerge. While our work can be deep and reflective, I also integrate practical strategies to help you manage stress, reduce distress, and navigate daily challenges.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to understand or change, and what feels most important right now. I’ll ask about your history, current concerns, and any patterns you’ve noticed over time.

You can expect a calm, welcoming space where you can speak freely without pressure. My goal is to help you feel grounded, understood, and oriented to the process. Together, we’ll begin shaping a direction for our work that feels meaningful and manageable.
