Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! My name is Beverly Glavan. I'm a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with 20 years of experience as an ER, NICU, and Family Medicine RN. I've worked in hospitals, community clinics, and private practice and see children, teens, and adults for anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, relationship and family concerns, and life-transition stress. I take a warm, empathetic, and collaborative approach—working alongside you to build practical skills and lasting strategies.

If you are feeling overwhelmed after having a baby, struggling with workplace stress, or trying to balance your mental health with work and family responsibilities, I provide compassionate support for postpartum concerns, anxiety, depression, and work-related stress. I also offer assistance with postpartum leave and EDD/FMLA/SDI documentation, with additional fees for external paperwork packets.

My approach to therapy

Everyone’s story is unique, and your care should be too. I offer compassionate, evidence-based support in a warm, judgment-free space where we work together as a team.

We’ll create a treatment plan that fits your goals and life. I’m here to listen, support you, and gently guide you as you build confidence and lasting well-being. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, cared for, and empowered to make meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

  • Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, judgment-free environment. We'll discuss your concerns, symptoms, personal history, strengths, and goals so I can gain a clear understanding of your needs. Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan, discuss treatment options—including medication if appropriate—and establish goals that support your mental health and overall well-being. My priority is for you to leave the session feeling heard, respected, and hopeful about your path forward.
