Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! I'm a PMHNP-BC with a master's degree and experience working in hospitals, community clinics, and private practice. I see children, teens, and adults for anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, relationship and family concerns, and life-transition stress. I take a warm, empathetic, and collaborative approach—working alongside you to build practical skills and lasting strategies. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, cared for, and empowered to make meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

Everyone’s story is unique, and your care should be too. I offer compassionate, evidence-based support in a warm, judgment-free space where we work together as a team.

We’ll create a treatment plan that fits your goals and life. I’m here to listen, support you, and gently guide you as you build confidence and lasting well-being.

What you can expect from me

  • Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, judgment-free environment. We'll discuss your concerns, symptoms, personal history, strengths, and goals so I can gain a clear understanding of your needs. Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan, discuss treatment options—including medication if appropriate—and establish goals that support your mental health and overall well-being. My priority is for you to leave the session feeling heard, respected, and hopeful about your path forward.
