I have been in the helping profession for more than 40 years with experience in a variety of settings, hospitals, out patient care, hospice and victim services. I love what I do and look forward to guiding you on a recovery journey.

My approach to therapy

Moving forward in your life is possible with therapy. My style of therapy brings together a variety of treatment modalities. I specialize in trauma recovery specifically EMDR. Each client is different and unique and I approach them where they are and help guide them on their journey.
