Great to meet you!

Therapy can feel like a big step. I respect you for starting your journey, and I’m here to ensure that it is meaningful to you. I specialize in working with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I take a person-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. I’m here to provide a safe and supportive place for you to work on you. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. This approach is hands-on and gives you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors.

My approach to therapy

Based on your unique needs, I may adapt my approach to include practices like mindfulness and other techniques. Your goals and progress are my primary focus. Together, we’ll identify challenges and work on strategies to help you to move forward with confidence, identify and set goals that matter to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a time of introductions with each of us getting to know the other. It is an open environment with room for honest questions and answers.
