I hold a graduate degree from the University of SC from the School of Medicine majoring in Rehabilitation Counseling. I received my undergraduate degree from South Carolina State University majoring in Social Work.

I have experience in working with diverse populations with various cultural and ethnic backgrounds.

I use a client-centered collaborative approach using cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focus therapy to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs, focusing on active listening, validating their experiences, and empowering them to identify and work towards positive changes; highlighting my commitment to creating a safe and supportive space for open communication.

Clients can expect to gain a deeper understanding of their thoughts and feelings, and develop coping mechanisms all within a supportive and confidential environment where they feel heard and validated.
