Great to meet you!

I would describe myself as warm and inviting, while also maintaining a direct and grounded therapeutic approach. My goal is to offer clear, concise psychoeducation paired with ongoing support to help you achieve meaningful and attainable goals. I bring a light-hearted sense of humor into the therapy space and always welcome you to share your own wit along the way.

I hold a unique background in both Clinical Therapy and Real Estate, which gives me firsthand insight into the stress that comes with major transitions, service-based work, and managing multiple parties and expectations. I understand how overwhelming fast-paced, high-pressure environments can be—both in real estate and across many industries in today’s climate. I also have experience working with children and adolescents at a local children's hospital, assessing and determining the proper level of care. Children and families come to me in crisis and we navigate the mental health landscape together. I provide tangible solutions and resources. In our work together, I strive to help you alleviate stressors, strengthen your coping strategies, and create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

The most frequently used approaches are solution-focused, REBT, DBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

What you can expect from me

Most sessions will include a review of desired goals, timeline and/or current issues. The first session will provide an opportunity to discuss your expectations and needs. Follow up sessions will recap the prior session and discuss current status and next steps. My clinical approach includes whole body wellness and addressing challenges from within.
