I’m a warm, collaborative therapist who helps clients navigate anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns. My integrative approach blends CBT, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, solution-focused strategies, and attachment-based work. I also incorporate IFS-informed (parts) work and motivational interviewing to support deeper insight and lasting change.
Sessions are structured yet flexible, you’ll always know what we’re working on and why. I offer practical tools and grounding strategies you can use in daily life while also exploring how past experiences and relationship patterns shape your present.
My style is compassionate, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive. We go at your pace, with curiosity and respect for your lived experiences. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and supported, and my role is to walk alongside you as you access your strengths and move toward healing and growth.
