Great to meet you!

I am a somatic trauma therapist who collaborates with my clients about how we approach your recovery. I'm trained in body-centered therapies that help clients regulate their nervous systems and reconnect with their body’s innate wisdom & ability to heal. I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy or “Parts Work” to help clients better understand and manage their internal worlds. I also offer EMDR, a powerful tool that helps you process and move past difficult or overwhelming experiences. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) having completed a 3-year training from Somatic Experiencing International.

My approach to therapy

At a pace that feels right for you, we'll address the issues you'd like to work on as well as the impact they have on your life now. I work with all types of trauma, whether big or small, recent or long past. I also work with people through life transitions, relational difficulties and stuck points. We'll work together to shift and change unwanted patterns in a way that feels right to you and for your nervous system.

What you can expect from me

I focus more on who you're being and how you show up in your life and in the world than on written homework assignments. I encourage you to practice what we work on between sessions by being mindful about when your patterns or triggers arise and choosing change in real time. Walking alongside my clients through some of the most difficult experiences life can bring is an honor and a privilege that I do not take lightly. If you’re ready to take your next step, let’s embark on this journey together.
