Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 26 years of experience walking alongside adults through trauma, anxiety, OCD, grief, addiction, and life transitions. I bring a calm, compassionate approach shaped by years of listening, learning, and deep respect for people’s resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach is calm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I integrate neuroscience, CBT, ACT, EMDR, and clinical hypnotherapy to help calm the nervous system, reduce shame, and restore choice—so you can respond to life with greater clarity, flexibility, and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a gentle conversation, not an interrogation. We’ll go at your pace, talk about what’s been weighing on you, and get a sense of what support would feel most helpful. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for, my focus is helping you feel comfortable and understood.
