Great to meet you!

With 16 years of experience in social work, I have dedicated my career to walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s most complex challenges. My goal is to provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard, valued, and supported in your journey toward healing. Together, we will build on your existing strengths to foster the lasting growth and peace of mind you deserve. I am honored to be a part of your story and look forward to meeting you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in providing a collaborative, solution-focused environment where we prioritize your goals and practical steps forward. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape thought patterns that may be holding you back, combined with a Solution-Focused lens to highlight your existing strengths. By blending these evidence-based techniques with my 16 years of social work experience, I offer a grounded, empathetic space tailored to your unique needs. We will work together to develop actionable strategies that empower you to create meaningful, lasting change in your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my primary goal is to create a warm and inviting space where you feel comfortable and heard. We will spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brought you to therapy, and identifying the specific goals you’d like to achieve. You can expect a relaxed, conversational environment where we move at your pace and there is no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. By the end of our time together, we’ll have a clear starting point for our work and a shared vision for the path forward. My hope is that you leave our first meeting feeling a sense of relief and a renewed sense of hope.
