Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m a licensed therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals across the lifespan as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I’ve worked in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, Veteran services, pain management, and medical environments, which allows me to support clients with complex emotional and mental health concerns.

I commonly work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also support clients navigating issues related to identity, chronic health conditions, family dynamics, and stress. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward healing and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Together we will explore patterns in thoughts, emotions, and relationships while developing practical tools that support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and lasting change. I believe therapy works best when we build a strong therapeutic alliance where you feel safe, respected, and supported throughout the process.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. I’ll take time to learn about your current concerns, your personal history, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

You can expect a welcoming, non-judgmental environment where you can speak openly. Together we will begin identifying goals and creating a path forward that supports healing, growth, and greater balance in your life.
