Great to meet you!

I believe that every individual and family deserves a space where they feel seen, supported, and understood. My work centers on getting to know you—your experiences, your strengths, and your challenges—so we can create a personalized treatment plan that truly fits your needs.

My approach to therapy

I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution‐focused techniques to help you move toward your goals in practical, meaningful ways. I also enjoy taking a more unique, holistic approach by incorporating nature and the things you love into our work together. Exploring your mental health through these lenses can help you build a more positive and compassionate relationship with yourself.

Collaboration, empathy, and genuine connection are at the heart of my practice. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel empowered, supported, and encouraged to grow at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

The first sessions are a bit awkward, but a space to get to know one another. The space will be welcoming and free of judgement. A space to explore one another and make sure we are able to walk side by side on the mental health journey.
