Bhrett Gorrasi

Bhrett obtained her Master's degree in Social Work at New York University.

Bhrett uses a range of modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamics, mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and the Strengths Perspective. Bhrett is passionate about creating a safe and empathic environment for individuals in order to foster healing and self-empowerment.

“I think one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. I strive to meet people where they are at and empower individuals to make changes within their lives. I have experience with mental health, substance use, loss and grief, and interpersonal relationships/conflicts. In a therapeutic relationship I value down -to-earth communication, humor when appropriate, and authenticity.”
