Great to meet you!

Growing up in a conservative community in South America, I witnessed firsthand how mental health issues are often stigmatized. This experience has fueled my dedication to fostering a safe and welcoming environment where my clients can freely share their experiences and work toward achieving their goals. This approach is rooted in understanding, empathy, and a progressive attitude toward mental wellness and personal development.

My approach to therapy

For the last half-decade, I have successfully provided mental health support to others who long to find their power from within to be who they want to be. I know what it is like to navigate the fast-paced environment of the modern world with anxiety and a history of trauma while trying to find inner peace, purpose, and a sense of belonging. It is not easy.

What you can expect from me

I help them through interactive and engaging sessions focused on learning the tools needed to improve their emotional well-being. My approach is person-centered with various incorporated techniques, like solution-focused, strength-based, and cognitive behavior. I aim to develop a personalized treatment plan focusing on individual needs and goals.
