Great to meet you!

Many of the people I work with have spent a long time trying to keep things together while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of why certain patterns keep showing up in their lives. I work with teens (12+), young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I have a particular interest in working with adults who are beginning to question whether ADHD may have been part of their story all along, especially those who felt overlooked or misunderstood growing up. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can show up as yourself without feeling like you have to have everything figured out.

My approach to therapy

I tend to believe that the things we struggle with make sense when we understand where they came from. Instead of rushing toward solutions, I like to slow things down and get curious about the patterns, relationships, and experiences that may still be shaping your life today. My work is attachment-focused and trauma-informed, and I draw from approaches like EMDR, parts work, somatic work, and CBT in a way that fits the person sitting across from me. I am not interested in a one-size-fits-all approach because therapy should feel like it is built around you, not the other way around.

What you can expect from me

The first session is simply a place to start. We spend time talking about what has been feeling difficult, what led you to reach out, and what you hope might feel different. There is no expectation that you have the right words or a clear starting point. We can figure that out together and move at a pace that feels manageable for you.
