As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I bring warmth, empathy, and real-world experience to my work. With a dual Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Trinity University and a Master’s in Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio, my academic background reflects my deep curiosity about people and their stories.
My approach to therapy is client-centered and tailored—meeting each person where they are and walking alongside them with compassion and care. I am focused on solutions and helping clients achieve whatever therapeutic goals they wish to set for themselves.
I believe in the power of setting meaningful goals and I see counseling as a tool for everyone—not just in crisis, but in everyday life! My goal is to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for all my clients.
