Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Joseph. I bring a caring, relaxed, and empathetic presence to my work, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a strengths-based perspective to support my clients.
I work collaboratively with individuals to develop meaningful coping strategies that foster greater connection, engagement, and overall well-being. My goal is to help each person feel grounded, empowered, and aligned with their best self.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults navigating mental health and substance use challenges. My background includes crisis management and providing individual, group, and family therapy in residential, in-home, and outpatient settings. I also have extensive experience supporting adolescents and teens in school settings, helping them understand the root of their stressors and develop healthier ways to manage them.
