Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Bianca Chavez, a Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of Untamed Rose Therapy. I have over 10 years of experience in community mental health, intensive outpatient therapy, and group practice. I currently provide virtual therapy for adults throughout Arizona.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with people from many different backgrounds and through a wide range of life experiences. I’ve worked with adults facing anxiety, relationship challenges, major life changes, and the everyday pressures that can make it difficult to feel like yourself. These experiences have shaped how I see therapy and the importance of meeting each person as an individual.

I’m also someone who believes therapy doesn’t have to be overly formal or intimidating. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to start. Sometimes knowing that you want something to feel different is enough.

Sessions are available in English and Spanish.

Si te sientes más cómodo/a hablando en español, este puede ser un espacio para hablar de tu vida, tus experiencias y lo que necesitas con respeto por tu cultura, tus valores y tu historia.

My approach to therapy

My work is collaborative, culturally responsive, and tailored specifically to what you need. Instead of just talking in circles, we look at the patterns keeping you stuck and turn insights into practical tools for a more balanced life.

One of my greatest strengths is helping people feel genuinely heard and understood. I am here to listen, but I am also here to help you grow by asking thoughtful questions and gently challenging you when needed. Growth is about reconnecting with who you are beneath the pressure to hold everything together.

What you can expect from me

In our first virtual session, we will start getting to know each other at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We will talk about what brought you in, what you are hoping for, and map out goals together, alongside a quick review of our standard paperwork.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating. My hope is that by the time we wrap up, you leave feeling heard, supported, and a little more at ease. When you are ready, you can check my calendar below to find a time that works for you.
