Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Bianca, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping you feel heard, understood, and supported in your mental health journey. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life changes, I provide compassionate, individualized care to help you find clarity and healing.

My approach blends empathy with evidence-based treatments like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and thoughtful medication management when appropriate. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care—instead, I work collaboratively with you to create a plan that truly reflects your needs, preferences, and goals. My mission is to empower you with the tools and support needed to thrive—not just survive.

Let’s work together to build the life you deserve, with kindness, understanding, and expert care every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

From our very first session, you can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where your voice matters. I value open communication, trust, and mutual respect—and I want you to feel comfortable bringing your full self into the room.

I understand that beginning mental health treatment can feel overwhelming, which is why I prioritize making the process as smooth and collaborative as possible. You’ll never feel rushed or overlooked. I’ll take the time to understand your story, walk you through your options, and support you in making informed decisions about your care—including how medications might support your goals.

You’re not in this alone. I’m here to walk alongside you at your pace.

What you can expect from me

Our work together begins with a comprehensive initial evaluation so I can understand your full mental health picture—from your history and symptoms to what’s been helpful (or unhelpful) in the past. Based on this, we’ll build a personalized care plan that may include therapy, medication management, or a combination of both.

Our sessions are a space for ongoing dialogue and adjustment. As your needs evolve, so will your treatment. I check in regularly to ensure that what we’re doing is working for you—and if it’s not, we’ll make changes together. Your comfort and progress are my priorities.

I view treatment as a partnership: your input, goals, and experiences shape every step of our journey.
