Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed mental health counselor with a Master's of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University, and a Bachelor's of Science in Health Care Administration. I'm passionate about helping people find healing and growth. I use evidence-based approaches to meet each client's unique needs, and I specialize in working with individuals and couples facing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, anger management, and relationship challenges.

My approach to therapy

In my approach to therapy, I work collaboratively with clients, tailoring evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to meet their unique needs. I create a safe and supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore their challenges and strengths. My focus is on helping clients gain insight, develop coping skills, and make meaningful changes in their lives.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable and at ease. We'll take time to talk about what brought you to therapy, what's been weighing on you, and what you hope to work toward. I'll ask some questions to get to know you better, but there's no pressure-we move at your pace. Together, we'll start identifying your goals and what support might look like for you. By the end of the session, I want you to feel heard, supported, and hopeful about the next steps in your journey.
