Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Bianca Doll, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, and I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, honesty, and hope. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have experience working with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, substance use concerns, and life transitions.

In addition to private practice, I have worked extensively with veterans and individuals involved in recovery and the justice system, helping clients build resilience, develop healthier coping skills, and create meaningful change in their lives.

I believe healing happens within a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship where clients feel seen, heard, and accepted. My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your experiences, gain insight, and move toward the life you want to create.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to healing, so I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.

I work alongside clients to identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck, develop practical coping skills, and build on their existing strengths. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, or navigating a difficult season of life, I strive to create a space where you feel supported, challenged when appropriate, and empowered to make lasting changes.

Above all, I believe therapy should feel like a partnership- one built on trust, authenticity, and hope.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, and my goal is to make your first session feel comfortable, supportive, and free of judgment. During our initial appointment, we’ll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brings you to therapy, exploring your personal history, and identifying the goals you’d like to work toward.

You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. We will move at a pace that feels right for you. My priority is creating a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to be yourself.

Together, we’ll begin building a plan that is tailored to your unique needs and focused on helping you create meaningful and lasting change. Most importantly, I want you to leave your first session feeling hopeful and knowing that you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
