Great to meet you!

My name is Bianca Dutra and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years, including the past 4 years as a clinical social worker. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting adults facing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, and self-esteem challenges.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop practical coping skills, gain insight into patterns that may be holding them back, and build a life that aligns with their values.

What you can expect from me

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for support during a difficult time, I strive to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and respect. My goal is to help you feel more confident, resilient, and equipped to move forward with greater clarity and purpose.
