Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience working in school-based and community mental health settings, supporting children, teens, young adults, adults, and families through a wide range of emotional and relational challenges.

I specialize in working with anxiety, self-esteem struggles, emotional regulation, life transitions, relationship stress, and school-related challenges. My experience working closely with youth and families has deeply shaped the way I understand emotional development, family dynamics, and the importance of feeling seen, supported, and connected.

Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, engaging, and easy to talk to. I believe therapy should feel human, collaborative, and supportive — not cold or overly clinical. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are while feeling safe enough to grow, heal, and better understand yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, strengths-based, and solution-focused. I see therapy as a partnership where we work together to better understand what’s been keeping you stuck while also building practical tools that support meaningful change.

I’m an active therapist, meaning I’ll ask thoughtful questions, offer reflections, help identify patterns, and guide conversations in a way that feels supportive and productive. While insight and self-awareness are important, I also believe therapy should help you feel better in your day-to-day life — whether that means managing anxiety more effectively, improving relationships, building confidence, or learning healthier ways to cope with stress and emotions.

I tailor therapy to each individual because every person’s experiences, needs, and goals are different.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a lot of rapport-building. I prioritize creating a space where you feel comfortable, safe, and not rushed. We’ll spend time getting to know each other — what brings you in, what’s been weighing on you, and what you’re hoping might feel different.

I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your background, relationships, and current challenges, but the pace will feel collaborative and supportive. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. My goal in the first session is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the work we can do together.
