Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over eight years of experience working in school and outpatient mental health settings. I specialize in supporting children and adolescents experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, learning differences, and other social-emotional needs. I have extensive experience supporting children and adolescents with autism and other neurodivergent traits. I am passionate about nurturing social-emotional growth in ways that honor each child’s individual strengths, differences, and needs.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style is holistic, trauma-informed, and engaging. I use creative, purposeful, and play-based interventions to help children and adolescents build confidence, manage emotions, and develop meaningful coping skills. I strive to create a supportive and comfortable space where young people feel understood, empowered, and safe to grow.

What you can expect from me

Children and families can expect a supportive, welcoming, and calm environment where they can begin to share their concerns, strengths, and goals. In the first session, I focus on getting to know the child or adolescent and developing an understanding of their emotional, behavioral, and social needs. My goal is to help children and families feel comfortable, understood, and hopeful about the therapy process.
