Great to meet you!

I'm Bianca - a bilingual LCSW who works with young adults navigating anxiety, depression, and the kind of life pressures that don't always have an obvious name. I grew up understanding the experience of carrying a lot while the world keeps moving, and that awareness shapes how I show up for every client. I work with people in their 20s and 30s who are tired of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted—and who are finally ready to do something about it. I offer sessions in both English and Spanish, so you never have to translate who you are to feel understood. I also specialize in perinatal mental health, supporting individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum challenges, and the complex emotional terrain of early parenthood.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) - which means we don't just talk about how you're feeling; we look at the patterns of thought and behavior that are keeping you stuck and build concrete tools to interrupt them. Sessions with me are collaborative, not prescriptive. I follow your lead while also offering structure when you need it. I pay attention to the cultural and social context of your life - because anxiety and depression don't happen in a vacuum, and the right support has to account for the full picture of who you are. I bring warmth and directness in equal measure: you'll never feel judged here, and you'll never feel like we're going in circles.

What you can expect from me

Expect a real conversation - not a checklist. In our first session, I'll take time to genuinely understand what's brought you to therapy, what's tried your patience, and what you're hoping for on the other side of this. We'll start to map out what we're working on together and what success looks like for you specifically. There's no pressure to have all the answers or to perform being "okay" - the first session is about connection and clarity. Most clients leave feeling a little lighter just from being heard. By the end, you'll have a clear sense of what working together will look like and whether we're a good fit.
