Great to meet you!

I received my doctorate degree in clinical psychology at Azusa Pacific University. I spent several years in community mental health settings, government facilities, college campus counseling centers, and private practice which have exposed me to working with a diverse range of individuals of all ages, mental capacities, ability levels, races, gender and sexual identities, and socio-economic status', etc.

My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach in therapy and cater to my client's specific needs and personality. My clients and I collaborate to tailor treatment to find the best plan to lead you to the healthiest and happiest you. Underlying my approach I come from a humanistic philosophy based on mutual respect, and utilize tools from cognitive behavioral therapy, transpersonal therapy (hypnotherapy, spirituality, somatic exercises), acceptance and commitment therapy, & mindfulness based approaches.

What you can expect from me

I strive to help clients work towards maximizing their well-being, and understanding how the subconscious mind is directly affected by the physiological components of the body in interaction with the conscious mind. I believe that each person ultimately has the power within themselves to find their solutions, and I walk along side them on the path of self-empowerment.
