Bianca Lynch is board certified as both a Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington. She received her Post-Master of Science in Psychiatric Nursing from The University of Texas Health Science Center-Houston Cizik School of Nursing. She has been practicing for over a decade, providing mental health services to vulnerable patient populations. She is licensed in Texas.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Her approach is simple. Comprehensive, collaborative, and compassionate care. She has expertise treating patients, age 17-65, who are experiencing symptoms of mood disorders, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, panic disorder, ADHD, OCD, developmental disorders, LGBTQ (special issues related), trauma/abuse.

What you can expect from our first session

She is additionally an expert at obesity management, BMI >30, as many psychiatric conditions and treatments can result in increased appetite. She believes in individualizing plans of care to meet her patient’s needs, with mutual decision making. Bianca’s main goals are reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression and improving overall well-being.
