Great to meet you!

I am a Haitian American Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a graduate of Barry University, and one of the founding partners of Reveye Mental Health and Wellness. Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, my personal experiences and clinical work have shaped my understanding of resilience, emotional burnout, and the challenges that often come with being the person others rely on.

I specialize in supporting adults experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, and life stressors, particularly healthcare professionals, caregivers, working mothers, and individuals navigating major life or relationship transitions. I understand how easy it can become to prioritize everyone else while neglecting your own emotional needs, boundaries, and sense of self.

My cultural background allows me to approach therapy through an intersectional and culturally responsive lens that honors identity, lived experience, and spirituality when meaningful to the client. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to prioritize their emotional well-being without guilt.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented. I work alongside clients to help them better understand the emotional patterns, stressors, and experiences contributing to feelings of overwhelm, burnout, anxiety, or disconnection. I believe therapy should feel supportive and practical while also creating space for reflection, healing, and growth.

I utilize Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients improve emotional regulation, strengthen communication, build healthier boundaries, and develop sustainable coping strategies. I often work with clients who struggle with chronic stress, people-pleasing, overextending themselves, or feeling emotionally depleted from constantly caring for others.

When meaningful to the client, I also welcome discussions surrounding faith and spirituality as sources of grounding, resilience, and restoration. My goal is to help clients create balance in their lives while honoring both their emotional needs and personal values.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to feel welcoming, conversational, and judgment-free. The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another while discussing what brings you to therapy, the challenges you are currently facing, and the goals you hope to work toward. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy.

During our first session, I will ask questions to better understand your background, stressors, relationships, coping patterns, and emotional experiences. We will also discuss what support looks like for you and begin identifying areas where you may want to create change or find relief.

My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and more hopeful about the possibility of healing and growth. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable showing up as themselves without pressure or judgment.
