Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and am also a student at Our Lady of the Lake, currently working on my PsyD in Counseling Psychology. I’m a warm, collaborative therapist who believes people thrive when they feel truly seen and supported. My work is grounded in a strengths-based and culturally responsive lens. I work with children, teens, and young adults, and I also support couples and families navigating communication challenges, life transitions, identity, and relational patterns.
I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents, and I value creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate. I collaborate closely with caregivers when helpful, while always honoring the child’s voice and emotional experience. Growing up in a Latina household that valued emotional expression shaped the way I show up as a clinician. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel understood, empowered, and supported at every stage of life.
