Hi! I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner- BC based in Florida. I received my Masters from Walden University in Minnesota.

In my practice, I focus on assessing mental health conditions, prescribing medications, managing chronic diseases, and providing mental health education and coping strategies, and psychotherapy.

I strive to build trusting relationships with patients, ensuring they feel supported in every aspect of their health journey.

My goal is to empower patients to take an active role in their mental health through compassionate care, open communication, and collaborative decision-making.

My approach is compassionate, supportive, and person-centered, which makes me well-suited to clients who need emotional validation, coping strategies, and a collaborative approach to managing mental health.

The session will start with introductions to create a comfortable and open environment. Clients will be encouraged to share what brought them to seek care. This will help me understand and create a treatment plan and recommendations, discuss follow-up appointments. The session will conclude with an opportunity to ask questions or voice any concerns you may have about the process, the treatment plan.
