Bih Bikelle

I'm Dr. Bih Bikelle, MD, ABPN, a board-certified psychiatrist with over 13 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of mental health conditions.

I completed my psychiatric training at the University of Nevada School of Medicine (UNSOM) in Reno, where I built a strong foundation in managing complex psychiatric cases. Over time, I've focused on building solid, practical treatment relationships where patients feel heard, supported and able to make real progress.

I also have extensive experience in addiction and substance use treatment with co-occurring disorders, having previously served as Medical Director in community behavioral health settings and currently serving as Associate Medical Director for Greenhouse Treatment Center. In my work, I focus on meeting patients where they are and helping them move forward in recovery with care that's structured, collaborative, and individualized.

When I'm not working with patients, I love traveling and exploring new restaurants. I'm a self-described proud football mom who prioritizes helping my kids balance school, friends and family life.
