Anxiety is part of being human, but drowning in it shouldn't be. Jon Kabat-Zinn once said "You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf". It seems to be one thing after another leaving you more anxious than you already were. The overwhelming feeling of being stuck with no way out. How do you even begin to process it all? Many times we have the tools already in our tool box but may not be aware they are there or how to utilize them. I want to help identify those tools and ways to use them.
