Billi Lopez

Hi, I’m Billi, and I’ve been a therapist for over 10 years helping adults and adolescents navigate challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to understand and address the issues you’re facing and I am here to support you every step of the way. I am deeply committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for individuals of all identities and backgrounds.

My approach is warm, nurturing, and thoughtful creating a safe space where you can explore your feelings, find clarity, and heal. I also believe in the power of humor, so while the process of healing can be deep and challenging it doesn’t have to be serious work all the time. I am trained in EMDR along with other therapeutic modalities.
