Since 2018, I've been helping adolescents and adults navigate life's challenges through compassionate, evidence-based therapy. I believe meaningful change begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported in a safe, nonjudgmental environment.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, work-related stress, burnout, and mood disorders. I also have a special interest in men's mental health and the unique pressures men often face in balancing careers, relationships, family responsibilities, and emotional well-being. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling to stay focused, or navigating a difficult life transition, my goal is to help you develop practical skills, build resilience, and create lasting change.
