Great to meet you!

I offer comprehensive psychological testing for a range of concerns, including focus, academic achievement, executive function, and more. For general individual counseling, I provide a compassion-focused, narrative approach and I am trained in a number of evidence-based therapies.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have a humanistic, narrative approach that is informed by feminist theory. I provide evidence-based therapies for a range of concerns. I have most experience working with those who use substances, both from a harm reduction approach and from an abstinence based approach. I have worked both in collegiate mental health and in the Veterans Health System, so I have a range of experiences and training in various therapies.

What you can expect from our first session

Though we all need help sometimes, we do not all have the support we need. I'm here to help. I offer comprehensive, compassionate psychological testing for a wide range of concerns including focus, executive function, academic achievement, and more. I support clients who seek counseling for substance use, life transition, anxiety, stress, and interpersonal relationships. I look forward to connecting with you.
