Great to meet you!
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like your brain has 37 tabs open and none of them are loading correctly? I offer compassionate, structured therapy with warmth, clarity, and just enough directness to interrupt the spiral.

I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, ADHD-informed strategies, and expressive tools like sandtray and play-based work when words stop doing their job. I specialize in ADHD, grief, and depression—helping you map the patterns behind the chaos so it’s less “mysterious suffering” and more “understandable system we can work with.”
My style is supportive, grounded, and mildly allergic to avoidance. You’ll feel seen, gently challenged, and occasionally called back to reality (with care, not judgment).
During the first session, we’ll discuss current challenges, personal history, goals for therapy, and any questions or concerns clients may have about the process.
