Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping individuals (ages 12-65) cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and loss, as well as supporting couples facing relationship challenges. Clients are welcomed into a compassionate, nonjudgmental space that encourages openness and action, utilizing a blend of traditional and non-traditional therapeutic approaches.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is centered on guiding adults and adolescents toward a deeper sense of contentment and fulfillment in their lives and relationships. Through a supportive and collaborative process, I help clients build the skills and self-awareness needed to navigate life’s challenges with confidence, resilience, and an enduring sense of inner peace.

What you can expect from me

I tailor therapy to the unique needs of each client by ensuring each client feels heard. My intake sessions might be longer because I believe that truly listening helps build mutual trust. Everything shared during the intake and throughout our sessions contributes to the therapeutic process. In our work together, we will consider your overall identity and use your past experiences to better understand your present and shape a more positive future. You are the expert in your own life, thus, we will collaborate to develop a personalized treatment plan guided by our identified weekly goals. I help clients grow by encouraging them to "do the work", all while fostering mutual trust and a supportive therapeutic relationship.
