Great to meet you!

You’ve been holding yourself together on the outside, but internally, it’s loud. Maybe you’re used to being the one who keeps things moving, but lately, it feels like you’re running on empty or beginning to lose your sense of self.

I provide medication management for women and adolescents navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, burnout, and life transitions. Using comprehensive evaluations and thoughtful diagnosis, I strive to create care that feels both intentional and deeply personalized. I take the time to truly understand who you are, not just your symptoms. By exploring your patterns, experiences, and strengths, together we can create a highly-individualized treatment plan tailored to your goals.

With experience in acute psychiatric care and a background in ICU nursing, I bring a calm, grounded, and nonjudgmental presence to treatment; holding space for both the messy and the complicated.

You don’t have to keep feeling this way. When you’re ready, come exactly as you are. We’ll figure out the rest together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, integrative and collaborative:

  • Compassionate: I listen deeply, validate your experiences, and make sure you feel safe sharing your thoughts and feelings without judgement.
  • Integrative: By recognizing and incorporating the connection between emotional and physical health; you will develop balance, resilience and lasting well-being.
  • Collaborative: By involving my patients in every step, including reviewing options and weighing pros/cons; we are able to decide together what strategies make the most sense using evidence-based practice.

What you can expect from me

Think of our first session as hitting the "reset" button together. We'll talk about what brought you here, your goals, and how your mental health shows up in your life. I'll listen closely, answer your questions, and together we'll start building a plan that actually works for you.

You should leave the interaction feeling heard and understood. My patients often tell me they feel as though they have "gained a teammate in their healing," which is exactly the point.
