Great to meet you!

I completed my undergraduate studies at Temple University and my graduate program at Monmouth University. I have been a mental health therapist since 2016 and began my career working in community mental health agencies. I had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients coming from different demographics and socioeconomic statuses.

My primary areas of focus are working with individuals struggling with: anxiety, depression, mood disorders, borderline personality disorder, trauma, narcissistic abuse, and couples counseling.

My approach to therapy

I take a person-centered approach to therapy. The client establishes their treatment goals, while I help navigate and guide them towards those goals utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, and some Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills. I will provide clients with therapy "homework" to help continue working on improvement/growth in between counseling sessions.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect an easy-going discussion about their mental health history and current needs for treatment. My first goal is to help clients feel comfortable to engage and be open with me.
