Great to meet you!

Bita Saad Adel, is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She works with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, and life transitions. Her goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to take an active role in your mental health journey.

My approach to therapy

Bita believes mental health care should be collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. She take time to understand each person's unique experiences, strengths, and goals before developing a treatment plan together. Her approach combines evidence-based psychiatric care with empathy, education, and open communication to help clients feel confident and supported throughout the process.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you will spend time getting to know one another and discussing your concerns, symptoms, and goals for treatment. Bita will ask questions about your mental health history, current challenges, and overall well-being so we can develop a plan that fits your needs. Her goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path forward.
