Great to meet you!

I believe that healing happens within the context of community and connection. My journey in social work began in 2015, and since then, I have had the privilege of walking alongside families and individuals in their most vulnerable moments. From my early days as a parent educator and working within child protective services to my recent years in community mental health, I have seen firsthand the incredible strength of the human spirit.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, direct, and always centered on your unique story and strengths. My commitment is to point out the resilience inherent in every client. By blending systemic knowledge with evidence-based cognitive strategies, I empower clients to rewrite their narratives and build a more grounded, authentic life.

What you can expect from me

On our first meeting we will discuss your history and current challenges to see the full context of your life. This is also a time to ensure my empathetic approach feels like a comfortable fit for you. We will immediately begin highlighting your inherent strengths and we will create a "roadmap" for your healing, defining clear goals and the specific strategies we'll use to reach them.
