Great to meet you!

Welcome—I'm so glad you're here. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 14 years of experience in the mental health field and have been practicing as a therapist since 2021. I'm also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which I incorporate into sessions when it aligns with your healing journey. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can show up just as you are. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to meet you with empathy, understanding, and genuine support. Therapy with me is a collaborative process—we’ll work together to create meaningful, obtainable goals that reflect what matters most to you. I believe growth happens when you feel safe, heard, and empowered to take steps forward at your own pace. I work with adults (18+) and couples, helping clients reconnect with themselves and each other in ways that foster deeper healing and lasting change. Wherever you are in your journey, you don’t have to walk it alone. I’m here to walk with you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, my goal is to provide a supportive and collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. I use a combination of Client-Centered Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, with elements of CBT, and EMDR trained, ensuring that our work together is both compassionate, goal-oriented and trauma informed.

What you can expect from our first session

At Tranquil Mountain Counseling, therapy is more than just talking—it's about transformation, clarity, and genuine connection. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, our time together will be a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to show up exactly as you are.
