Great to meet you!

I’m a relational, insight-oriented therapist who works best with people who are curious—especially those who want to understand why they experience the world the way they do. I’m particularly drawn to creative people, neurodivergent thinkers, highly sensitive folks, and anyone who sees things a little differently and is tired of trying harder when what’s actually needed is trying differently.

Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, identity shifts, or the long aftereffects of chronic stress and emotionally unsafe dynamics. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when you feel both supported and respected as the expert on your own life—and when we’re honest enough to name what’s happening without making anyone wrong.

I hold a Master’s degree in Community/Agency Counseling from the University of Montevallo and have completed both the Basic and Family programs through the ADD Coach Academy. My training and experience shape work that’s relational, nervous-system aware, and grounded in real life—not just insight for insight’s sake. Much of my work centers on helping clients move out of self-abandonment and into greater clarity, agency, and self-trust, without bypassing the real emotions that come with change. At its core, my work is about helping people return to themselves.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect thoughtful questions, attuned listening, and a pace that honors both safety and growth. My goal is not to “fix” you, but to help you understand yourself more deeply and make choices that align with your values, dignity, and capacity.

First sessions are about orientation and connection—not pressure or performance. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan—we’ll figure things out together.
