Great to meet you!

I’m a warm, compassionate therapist who believes therapy should feel like a safe place to be yourself. I work collaboratively with my clients to better understand what’s getting in the way and find practical ways to create change. My style is supportive, down-to-earth, and personalized to each person’s needs. I’d love to help you feel more confident, connected, and at ease in your life.

My approach to therapy

I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we identify patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, stress, or feeling stuck and work on practical strategies to create positive change. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. We’ll discuss what you’re hoping to change, what has been challenging, and what has worked—or hasn’t worked—in the past. I’ll answer any questions you have and together we’ll begin creating a plan that feels comfortable and realistic for you. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out before we begin.
