Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm Blaire.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oklahoma and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of North Carolina. I earned my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northeastern State University in 2018.

I have experience working with children, adults, and families, providing support as they navigate a wide range of life experiences. I've worked with individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, ruptured family relationships, and low self-esteem.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a multidisciplinary approach to therapy that allows me to meet you where you are and draw on modalities that best suit your unique needs, incorporating evidence-based practices. At the core of my work is a client-centered approach, rooted in the belief that healing happens in a safe, nonjudgmental, and empathetic environment where you can feel both supported and empowered.

What you can expect from our first session

I aim to be a steady, warm, and supportive presence, offering a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can honor your feelings and explore your experiences. I am here to assist you in navigating life's challenges and complexities - whatever may come your way.
